Searching bergsport partner in Zurich area

Hi everyone,

I'm Steff, a mountain sport enthusiast from Norway. I'm looking for a partner (or more) to progress in the mountains with. My goal is to gain more experience and skills in the mountains, in particular by "putting it all together" with progressing into more technical 3000 and 4000m peaks. Open to hear your ideas and work together on goals/plans.

Open and direct communication is important to me, especially around safety and planning. I think it is important to align with the most conservative/weakest in the group around turning around or making decisions.

These are the levels I'm currently comfortable with, but open to progress and tackle challenges beyond this with a strong partner/group/guide:
- Mountaineering: F/PD
- Climbing indoor: ~6A/B lead
- Climbing outdoor: ~5B lead / multipitch
- Ski touring (splitboard): <1500 hm ~PD
- Via Ferrata: ~K3

I'm comfortable with: avalanche rescue, crevasse travel/rescue, crampon/ice axe technique, abseiling, multi pitch climbing, lead climbing.
