Training for muscle (Griffig or Milandia) and language, climbing and Language Tandem :-)

Hi there

I would like to train regularly again, once a week. Griffig or Milandia. Evening (preferably Tuesday or Friday) or during the day (Wednesday or Thursday).
Now I climb around 6a...with some training I sohuld be able again to climb 6c...But numbers are not so important for me. I climb since quite a long time, and did quite a lot of climbing outdoor...multipitch and trad too.

I really would like to improve my English at the same time...I can offer you Italian (native), German (sehr gut) and Frech (assez bon).

Anyone out there wanting to train brain and body?
